got constipation or other digestive issues?

most people that come to us, who have never worked with us before, tend to have pretty significant digestive issues that resolve over time.
gas, bloating, burping, constipation, diarrhea, and everything in between. not providing the body with the proper nutrients needed for strong digestion, eating a ton of toxins, eating a relatively high amount of refined carbohydrates, and not practicing good digestive habits is a recipe of horrible digestive issues.
over the long-term, almost every single one of these people, with very few exceptions, when they learn what foods to eat, and how to time those foods in the day, see tremendous resolution of their digestive issues, if not complete resolution :)
during the initial adaptation phases of our programs, a select few people will experience transitional digestive issues.
there is a period of time, however, when the body is adapting and recalibrating to digest this new nutrient-dense food, that people experience transitional digestive issues. in a lot of situations this feels like constipation because bowel movements slow down, become less frequent, smaller, denser, and harder. I certainly went thru a phase of what felt like constipation although I was still going every day.
when reintroducing nutrient-dense real food, especially things like animal meats that require strong digestion, the body will have to recalibrate and re-strengthen digestion. this can manifest as “slower” digestion.
if you haven’t used the bathroom in 2 days or more, this is a significant issue and you need to reach out to us for support!
surprisingly the solution is NOT to consume more vegetables or fiber. the solution is to continue eating real food, practice smart digestive habits, and consider supplementation that supports the body’s natural digestive processes.
support strong digestion naturally
there are only a few things you need to do to strengthen your digestion and minimize or eliminate your digestive issues:
- understand how proper digestion is supposed to work, and support the North to South process.
- commit to 100% real food, with a maximum of 3 meals per day, with no snacking in between.
- hydrate with 1/2 your bodyweight in ounces per day, up to 100oz per day.
- use our morning mix for easy, natural strengthening of your upper GI acidity.
- consider our supplemental support recommendations (included in PDF).
please take a moment to download our smart digestive habits PDF. it has more detail about the North to South process, a summary of our natural solutions, and our supplemental recommendations. if you’re already subscribed, no biggie! you can still enter your name and email and get this PDF :)
