is there anything I need to be doing right now?
yes! here are a few things you can start doing NOW in preparation for your upcoming SHT:
get excited.
you are about to embark on a life changing experience. it will be filled with learning, experimentation, support, excitement, challenges, difficulties, victories and accomplishments. the journey is beautiful! and the best part is, we will always be here to support you!
think of the things you want to see change.
make a list. list out physiological changes you hope to expect including symptoms and current conditions. also list out mental and emotional traits you’d like to address see improve. because guess what – when you address our foundations, every aspect of your life can change :)
gather support.
going through the SHT by yourself would be life changing. going through the SHT with a partner, friend, or family member will be life changing on another level.
- definitely reach out to your friends and family and let them know what you’re about to go through so that they can support you, but also
- reach out to those same people and invite them to join us! remember we have an local version and an online version!
block out dates in the calendar
